Design and develop validation study features, test plans under agile working methodology for IVI Vehicle/Prototypes Platform. Conduct in-vehicle testing and validation activities to test different ECU modules within MOST (MOCCA), CAN and LIN in-vehicle communication protocols. Collect and analyze Logcats, HARS, MOST (MOCCA), F-CAN, B-CAN, binary logs, and ECL. Manage Atlassian management tools (JIRA and confluence). Collect MOST data by using K2L ATS viewer (Mocca). Debug and capture high-speed, low-speed and LIN communications on the CAN-Bus network and perform VIN simulations on the test equipment by using the Canalyzer tool. Triage and fix bricked ECU by using ADB and Fastboot utility tools. Conduct Automated testing with Shell Scripting from Linux to test the IVI system’s robustness. Perform Functional, Static, Regression, HIL, and In-Vehicle testing to reach the Vehicle Quality Inspection milestone from time to time. Testing on Navi DR, HD Traffic, TMC Decodes, and TMC Data Retention. Generate power signal waves and test USB data packet transfers within the system by using USB Analyzer and Oscilloscope tools. Run state tests on ECU’s (Heat tests, CPU tests, Voltage tests). Apply knowledge of machinery, tools, and other equipment used in the Automotive manufacturing process. Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual validation reports, and WIP report. Prepare detailed reports or design statements based on results of validation and qualification tests or reviews of procedures and protocols.

 

Education: Master’s degree in Automation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Two years in job offered or as a Resident Support Engineer
